Cancellation Policy

Please note that there is no refund on discounted prices, if you need to change your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the confirmed reservation date (all changes are subject to availability).

Six months of valid credit for the same or any other Selvatica experience with the same value, will be granted if necessary for rescheduling.

To schedule a new date please contact our reservations team.

To reimburse the cancellation of a reservation paid in full, you must do it at least 3 days before the date of confirmation of the reservation, with a charge of 10% of the total amount.

NO SHOW:

We ask our visitors to be at the location at least half an hour before the confirmed time for your tour. In case of no-show, the amount charged is non-refundable.

CLIMATE WARRANTY:

If you wish to reschedule your tour, call us 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule your visit. And if it does not fit into your vacation plan, your reservation is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT:

* Your tour will be confirmed, we can reschedule your withdrawal.
** It is necessary that the credit card holder with whom the payment was made, be presented with a photo ID.
Otherwise, your reservation will not be valid.
