2. Reservations and Payments
All reservations made through our website are subject to availability. To complete your purchase, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The possible conversion to another currency will be carried out at the current exchange rate provided by your bank.
Selvatica accepts VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal. By completing your purchase, you authorize the corresponding charge to your selected payment method.
3. Responsibility, Safety, and Requirements
At Selvatica, we follow high safety standards with certified equipment and trained staff. However, it is each guest’s responsibility to follow all safety instructions provided by our team. Please consider the following:
- It is necessary that the holder of the credit card with which the payment was made present a photo ID at check-in. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
- If you have recently undergone surgery or suffer from any condition that may limit your physical capabilities, we strongly recommend consulting with our reservations team before making a purchase.
Guests must follow all safety guidelines and park regulations. Selvatica reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises if their behavior puts themselves, other visitors, or our staff at risk.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you release Selvatica from liability for any accidents resulting from non-compliance with our safety rules.
4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
We understand that plans can change.
- Reservations can be rescheduled to any available date within one year.
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- A 10% administrative fee will be applied to all approved refunds.
- No refunds apply to bookings made with promotions or special discounts.
- Partial payments or deposits for incomplete reservations are non-refundable.
If a change or cancellation is not requested within the indicated timeframe, and the guest fails to attend the scheduled activity, it will be considered a “No-Show”, and no refund will be issued.
